Profile: Healthcare AI Start Up

A seedling healthcare AI company needed support in market driven and healthcare system targeted MVP biometric development, including B2B strategies and investor partner recruitment. Project included customer segmentation & strategies, partnership with CMO and CIO to navigate regulatory, legal and IP opportunities in the MVP development including creating processes to identify, manage and implement MVP validation in the clinical setting alongside biometric endpoints and market available algorithms.
